According to research, as many as, 98% of them are EXACTLY the same as the day before. This means your thoughts are like a record that skips --- playing the same song over and over.
Even worse, 80% of our thoughts are negative.

But, here’s the good news...
There's a simple four step process to overcome negative thinking. So you can have more energy, confidence and be more productive every day.
I'm going to share the Master Your Mind --- 4 Step Method to Positive Self Talk technique with you. Follow each step for optimal success.
Step 1 - Bring awareness to your thoughts.
You can't change what you're not aware of. Spend a day noticing your thoughts. Write them down. Then review them at the end of the day.
Step 2 - Asking empowering questions.
- Am I overreacting?
- Is this true?
- Am I labeling myself?
- Is this an all or nothing scenario?
Step 3 - Use loving language
Deep down, you know that your 'inner critic' can be cruel. Practice positive self talk to increase your self confidence. For example, instead of saying “I can’t lose this weight,” try “I don’t know how I’m going to lose this weight, but I know I can if I make smarter food choices and exercise every day.”
Did you know: you body produces chemicals as a response to positive self talk; which helps you accomplish your goals.
Expert tip! Use the third person or your name to be less objective and create distance between yourself and the cringe-worthy thoughts in your head.
Step 4 - Take small, consistent steps every day.
Practice aromatherapy. Diffuse your favorite scent on your wrist. Shop our collection of natural lava rock and gemstone jewelry [HERE]. Just place 2-3 drops of your favorite essential oil scent on your bracelet. The scent lasts a few days. Then, re-apply the scent or layer for a unique blend.
